The 100-cover site will open in Chelsea as part of the £205m redevelopment of the Pavilion Road and Sloane Street area.
The casual dining restaurant will feature the same all-day offering as Granger’s three other London sites in Notting Hill, Clerkenwell and King’s Cross.
“I’ve always wanted to open a restaurant in Chelsea, and have been looking for a site for the last ten years, so I jumped at the chance to be a part of Pavilion Road,” says Granger.
“It’s a food shopping destination with a village feel, and just what I’ve been waiting for.”
Other operators opening as part of the development include Bread Ahead, London Cheesemongers and Natoora.
Granger, a self-taught chef, opened his first restaurant in Sydney in 1993 and now runs 16 sites across Australia, South Korea, Hawaii, Japan and the UK.
Outside the UK his restaurants all operate under the Bill’s brand.
