Taking place at the Business Design Centre in Islington from 18-20 June, Bellavita Expo showcases hundreds of artisanal producers from across Italy alongside cooking demos, discussions and an awards programme.
As well as cooking on the stage, the duo will participate in a series of roundtable discussion that will examine how Italian food has changed in Britain throughout the years and highlight upcoming food trends.
Also making appearances at the event will be Claudio Sadler, chef at the two-Michelin-starred Sadler in Milan, Felice Lo Basso, chef at the one-Michelin-starred Felix Lo Basso in Milan, and Davide Degiovanni, head chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Union Street Café in London.
Food trends will be a focus for this year’s event with a large scale study of buying trends to be launched ahead of the show.

New content for this year’s show includes the launch of the Bellavita Expo Bar Theatre, which will send host demonstrations from mixologists, and an Innovation Zone that will bring the best of the show’s products together in one place.
