Arthur Hooper’s – named after a Victorian fruit trader who once occupied the building - will launch on 3 May.
Oztek has created a menu of European small plates made with produce sourced from Borough Market’s traders including Neal’s Yard, Cannon & Cannon and Bread Ahead.
Dishes will range from £4 - £16 and include mussels with nduja and turnip tops; lamb and bulgur meatballs, tomato sauce and yogurt; and pork and fennel ragu fettuccine.
The 51-cover restaurant will also offer over 50 wines and open seven days a week.
"I'm excited to bring my love and enthusiasm for food to such an iconic and historic destination,” says Oztek.
Oztek trained at Le Cordon Bleu London and has cooked at London’s Bernardi’s and Zucca – which was voted the best Italian restaurant in in the 2015 National Restaurant Awards.
