The 4,000 sq ft site launched in November 2016 and features a 100-cover restaurant, an outdoor covered craft beer bar and a pine-scented 'gun room' with a virtual shooting simulator. Diners can test their skills on targets ranging from bears to pheasants while drinking whisky and cocktails.
It will be the second permanent site for Mac & Wild, which began as a street food pop-up in London before launching its first bricks and mortar site in Fitzrovia in 2015.
Dishes on its meat-heavy menu include the veni-moo burger; haggis mac & cheese; and a scotch egg made with venison, black pudding and haggis.
The Devonshire Square site will also see the launch of the Scotch Malt Whisky Society's first non-members bar outside of Scotland.
Opening on 31 May, the Kaleidoscope bar will offer more than 200 single cask whiskies, whisky cocktails and Edinburgh draught beer alongside bar snacks from Mac & Wild.
The restaurant is also set to host a series of workshops throughout the year, including haggis-making masterclasses and whisky and chocolate pairing.
