Launching in July 2017, the Raymond Blanc Gardening School will run within the grounds of the chef's two-Michelin-starred restaurant and hotel in Oxfordshire.
It has been inspired by the popularity of the property’s two-acre kitchen garden, which produces over 90 varieties of vegetables and 70 herbs.
The core programme will be led by head gardener Anne Marie Owens, who has worked at Le Manoir for over 30 years, and include tips on picking and cooking produce.
Initial courses will focus on Seasonal Vegetable Growing, Mushroom Growing and Growing Organic.
There will also be classes run by experts who work with Le Manoir, covering areas such the medicinal properties of herbs, and gardening for children.
The courses will range from half a day to up to three days and run throughout July until October. A one day course will cost from £185 per person and includes tuition, morning tea on arrival and a working lunch.
