Anthony Falco, who was the creative force behind the Brooklyn hotspot for eight years, will be cooking across Yard Sale’s three London restaurants from 12 July.
The chef will be adding two of his signature pizzas to the menus - The Falco, topped with grated parmesan, chilli flakes, garlic, basil, red onion and pork sausage; and The Wolf with mozzarella, oregano, mushrooms, speck ham and red onions from 12-31 July.
A third, as-yet unannounced pizza will be created in collaboration between Falco and the Yard Sale team.
Falco will also be running a series of special events and masterclasses for ‘true pizza nerds’, with tips on making of fresh mozzarella, his base tomato sauce, and small batch pizza dough for home use.
