Operators are being sought to run what will become one of London's highest restaurants at the Arena Tower in Canary Wharf.

The 6,000 sq ft space, which is split across the 43rd and 44th levels of the Isle of Dogs building, is available immediately.

Both floors feature large outdoor terraces with views across the city and double height windows on the 44th level.

The new restaurant will join London's growing roster of sky-high dining spots, including Duck & Waffle on the 40th floor of the Heron Tower, Fenchurch Restaurant on the 37th floor of the Walkie Talkie, and Hutong on the 33rd floor of The Shard.

Arena Tower is 10 minutes’ walk from Canary Wharf and located in the midst of a 6,000 unit residential development.

UK property agency Shelley Sandzer has been appointment by landlords Galliard Homes, Frogmore and O’Shea to market the space.

The company previously secured sites for Sushisamba and Duck & Waffle in the capital, and more recently the debut London restaurant for Hong Kong’s Michelin-starred Duddell’s brand.
