The French chef, who trained under Alain Ducasse and Albert Roux, is planning to evolve STK's menu and introduce more UK suppliers.
He will also oversee the food offering at the hotel’s Marconi lounge and Radio Rooftop Bar on the 10th floor.
“[I] am very much looking forward to bringing my own creative flair to the menus at ME Hotel,” says Menager.
“I’m also particularly excited about introducing new suppliers across the menu offering at STK London – using ingredients and beef not just from the US but from the UK too. It’s important to make sure menus evolve and this feels like a natural next step for the restaurant.”
Menager began his career in 1998 at the Michelin-starred Il Cortile restaurant at the Castille, Sofitel Hotel in Paris and has since worked at the hotel group’s sites in New York, Australia, China, Bangkok and London.
He joins ME Hotel from a role as executive chef at Rhubarb Food Design.
