Are you the next Slider Decider Champion?

The battle of the (mini) buns returns on 16 September when chefs from some of the capital’s top kitchens will fight for the title of Slider Decider Champion in front of a range of expert judges at The Botanist Broadgate Circle.
Adam Rawson, former head chef at Pachamama, has won the challenge for the past two years in a row.
His 2016 ‘Global Traveller’ creation featured an aged Basque beef patty, truffle aioli, wild rocket, balsamic onions, pancetta and gorgonzola.
The chef now creates the menus at mini-burger group Bite Me Burger Co, which will expand to six delivery-only sites this year.
Participating chefs will sell their sliders hot off the grills, with 50% of the proceeds going towards The Childhood Trust, the chosen charity of organisers ETM Events.
Chefs have until 4 August to apply at www.sliderdecider.co.uk.
