A former corporate lawyer who held senior roles at Domino’s Pizza and Mitchells & Butlers will open an ethical fried chicken restaurant on Bristol’s Whiteladies Road later this month.
Londrino is the first solo restaurant from chef Leandro Carreira. The London Bridge restaurant serves Portuguese-inspired dishes in a contemporary way.
Formerly at The Chef’s Dozen restaurant in Chipping Camden, the chef has taken on the nearby The Royal Oak at Whatcote with his South African-born wife Solanche.
