Cardiff's The Grazing Shed to open site number three

The new restaurant will open on Clear Water Way, Lakeside, early this year, although an official opening date is yet to be announced.
The Grazing Shed, which launched in 2013, currently has two Cardiff restaurants - on St Mary Street and Barrack Lane - and also operates from the Cardiff City Stadium.
The restaurant groups serves ‘super tidy burgers’, including the Yokozuna Beef!, made with sesame and ginger infused teriyaki sauce, wasabi mayo, lettuce and rocket; the Spicy Uncle Pedro, with chorizo, spicy avocado mash, Mayan salsa, jalapeño infused sour cream and chili sauce and the Argie Bargie, featuring mozzarella and chimichurri sauce.
It also has its own drinks range, called Super Tidy Soda, available in flavours such as cherry bakewell; root beer; orange, passion fruit and jasmine; and strawberry and elderflower. The drinks are available in its restaurants and other establishments in Wales and the south west.
“We’re committed to bringing together the best producers and cooking fast, local, quality food that people love and we’re excited to be able to deliver that to a whole new area of Cardiff,” says operations manager Dan Magee.
