Bone Daddies set to move in to Nova Victoria development

Opening on 16 January, Bone Daddies looks to be the last operator to join the restaurant line-up at the Nova Victoria development

It will be the sixth ramen restaurant from Ross Shonhan’s​ group, which also operates Japanese soul food outlet Shackfuyu and bun specialist Flesh & Buns.

Bone Daddies Victoria will span two storeys, and will serve the brand’s ramen menu as well as new items exclusive to the site.

A katsu curry menu will be available at the 90-cover site, as well as a sushi menu including spicy tuna rolls and soft shell crab rolls.

Bone Daddies will be eighteenth restaurant to open in the development, alongside Ole & Steen; Sticks’n’Sushi; Ahi Poke; Crosstown Doughnuts; Rail House Café; Franco Manca; Shake Shack; Timmy Green; Stoke House; Aster; Sourced Market; Hai Cenato; Greenwood; Vagabond; Notes Coffee & Wine; and Pure.

Nova is being developed in a partnership between commercial property company Land Securities and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB) as part of a £2bn development plan for the area.
