Boparan to ruffle feathers with US import Slim Chickens
As reported by BigHospitality’s sister publication MCA yesterday, Boparan has already appointed advisors to seek out sites in central London and the south east with a debut restaurant expected to open in the capital this spring.
The brand was launched in Fayetteville, Arkansas by Tom Gordon and Greg Smart and has grown to 70 sites across the US with plans to open a further 600 restaurants stateside.
The UK menu will feature Slim Chicken’s signature hand-breaded chicken tenders, as well as chicken sandwiches and marinated wings. Everything is cooked to order and served with homemade sauces.
