Launching in Eccleston Yards this May, the 90-cover Jones Family Kitchen will offer all-day dining, cocktails and a “carefully selected” wine list.
Former Barrafina chef Oliver Pollard is joining the company as group executive chef, and is creating a menu for the new location driven by the family’s ongoing collaboration with top-end meat supplier The Ginger Pig.
Dishes will include the brand’s signature steaks, alongside the likes of truffle-d macaroni cheese; and seared scallops with cauliflower, and wild garlic gremolata.
Drinks options will comprise cocktails made from barrel-aged spirits such as the saffron sour; and the Jones range of gin and tonics.
“We are thrilled to be part of the regeneration of this historic area and to be part of Grosvenor’s vision for a destination which showcases and champions creative, independent talent,” says co-founder Duncan Watts.
Jones Family Kitchen will join a host of other east London businesses who have chosen Eccleston Yards to make their west London debuts. The Kitchen’s neighbours will include Tailor Made London, and Tart London’s debut restaurant Eccleston Place by Tart London.
