The two restaurant will be joined by larger brands including Joe & the Juice; health-focused restaurant Vital Ingredient; PAUL bakery and a Marks & Spencer food hall.

Scarpetta operates a site in Cannon Street and another in Canary Wharf and offers a menu of handmade pasta dishes. ETM Group runs a numebr of pubs and restaurants including The Jugged Hare, Aviary and The Botanist group.

The selection of venues is intended to provide a more casual option for diners, compared to the tower’s two existing restaurants, Jason Atherton’s City Social and Vertigo champagne and cocktail bar.
