The company has taken on the central London space following the Indian restaurant's closure this month after six years of trading.
Inception Group will run pop-up bar Casa Bonita in the site for six months from the end of June while working on longer-term plans for the location, which will be announced later this year.
Latin-inspired Casa Bonita will be a “relaxed and colourful” bar serving cocktails and bar snacks with regular live music.
It will back on to the Kingly Court food emporium, trading seven days a week from 2pm – 1am.
“We are thrilled to have been given this amazing opportunity to take on this prime Carnaby, Soho bar premises,” says Charlie Gilkes, founder of Inception Group.
“We'll be trading it as a fun Latin inspired pop-up until the end of the year before revealing our exciting longer-term plans with the site.”
Inception Group's London portfolio includes Chelsea bar Barts, 80’s-themed Maggie’s, 1940’s-inspired Cahoots and Bunga Bunga spin-off Bungatini.
It is planning to double the size of its Mr Fogg’s bar portfolio to six London locations this year.
