The West End site is moments from Chinatown and will have direct links to Piccadilly Circus tube station, sitting beneath a 700 room hotel and roof top bar.
The first Hai Di Lao restaurant opened in Sichuan Province, China in 1994. There are now 310 locations worldwide.
The announcement of a flagship restaurant is part of an aggressive expansion drive, with around 80 new openings planned for this year.
Savills advised Hai Di Lao on acquiring the new, 15-year lease.
