The deal will see the chef’s Marco’s New York Italian concept open at the Holiday Inn Milton Keynes – Central and Holiday Inn Brentwood.
It follows an agreement between Black & White Hospitality, which owns the franchise rights to seven of White’s restaurant brands, and LGH – which manages 18 Holiday Inn and three Crowne Plaza hotels across the UK.
Marco’s New York Italian offers a mix of Italian and American-inspired dishes such as pasta, pizza, ribs and cheesecake.
Black & White Hospitality says it hopes to the restaurants will be the first of “many more developments” with LGH.
The announcement comes after White’s New York Italian restaurant in Leeds’ Merrion Centre closed this month just a year after opening.
Nick Taplin, CEO of Black & White Hospitality, denied there were issues with the brand but says the market is “tough, noticeably so in Leeds”.
White is also teaming up with legendary chef Pierre Koffmann to launch a “relaxed and unpretentious” hotel restaurant in Bath under the Black & White Hospitality portfolio this month.
