The sites up for sale include the 170-cover Hub Alehouse and Kitchen in Liverpool and 170-cover restaurant and bar The Refinery, which opened in the city in 2016.
French restaurant Bistro Jacques, in the centre of Shrewsbury, is also up for sale six years after its launch.
“The businesses have operated for over 15 years, having won multiple accolades in that time,” says Mark Friend, director of Bistro Qui?
“We are selling these businesses with a view to pass the business on to a new operator that has the capacity to grow the three brands nationally.
“All three brands have proven that they can stand the test of time and develop nationally with the right investment.”
Christie & Co is seeking £750,000 for the leasehold of the The Hub, £295,000 for the leasehold of The Refinery, and £195,000 for the leasehold of Bistro Jacques.
Bistro Qui? was founded in Liverpool in 2003. It runs a total of seven sites, including Chica Peruvian Kitchen and Button Street Smokehouse in the city.
