The Scottish craft brewer has launched at Edinburgh Airport, and has further airside sites in the pipeline.
Passengers can order all-day breakfasts, salads, and from a new hot sandwich menu.
The bar, open from 4am, also offers 14 beers on tap and a range of bottled and canned beers to be enjoyed ‘at the bar or between gates’.
“[We] can turn the traditional airport beer experience in to a vibrant hub of excitement and craft beer passion,” says BrewDog co-founder James Watt.
Restaurant and bar brands are increasingly turning to transport hubs to expand in the face of rising rents and rates on the high street.
The founders of Polpo will launch their first Spuntino restaurant in Heathrow’s Terminal 3 this winter, while Grind, Crussh, Vapiano and Leon have also signed deals to expand in to transport hub locations.
