To celebrate it turning 10 years old next year, the group will run a week-long pop-up of the restaurant, which is based in Asturias in Spain, from 25 February to 3 March at its Victoria restaurant.
Chef Nacho Manzano, who is executive chef at Iberica, is also chef-patron at Casa Marcial, which he runs with his siblings. The restaurant, which won its second Michelin star in 2009, celebrated its 25th anniversary earlier this year.
The restaurant is known for its use of very fresh seasonal produce and highly ambitious extensive tasting menu and serves around 18 courses on its 'complete' menu. Current dishes on the Spanish restaurant's menu include crispy seaweed with lemon reduction; colagen, pickled turnip and watercress; and enoki mushroom, squid and soil ink.
Iberica currently operates eight UK restaurants – five in the capital, in Cabot Square, Farringdon, Victoria, Canary Wharf and Marylebone, and one each in Glasgow, Manchester and Leeds.
The team behind Iberica is also backing the new venture from three Michelin-starred chef Quique Dacosta, whose Arros QD restaurant concept will open in London's Fitzrovia in early 2019.
