The casual dining brand, which already has a restaurant in Batley, Yorkshire, is ramping up its expansion plans and is targeting five openings in the new two years.
The new 170-seater restaurant is located at the former Pitchers bar in Salford, Blackburn, with the building having been fully renovated to give it an American-inspired feel. The restaurant interior will feature red booths and black and white wall tiles as well as illuminated signs.
It will serve the brand’s range of burgers, peri-peri chicken, grilled options, salads, desserts and shakes as well as a monthly changing burger special.
It will also serve a breakfast menu, including the likes of omelettes, pancakes and French toast.
“We genuinely believe our proposition is totally different to what has been available to Blackburn customers previously, and the main reason we chose this place for our second store,” says a spokeswoman for the brand.
“Our aim is to now grow the brand across the UK including the north west as part of our ongoing growth strategy.”
The first Frankie’s Burgers opened in Batley, west Yorkshire, in August 2016.
