The Burger Bar will open every weekend at Netil Market from 26 January.
Its fully-vegan menu will include Mexican fried chick’n burger with pickled cabbage and mustard mayo; and sticky glazed ‘ribs’ with slaw, pink onions and jalapeno.
Sides will range from Mexican fries, to deep fried ‘cheese’ with Valentina hot sauce.
Club Mexicana was founded by Meriel Armitage, who left her job in advertising to launch a vegan supperclub.
The group now trades in Dinerama in Shoreditch and partnered on the opening of vegan pub The Spread Eagle in Hackney last year.
Armitage says: “We did our very first street food event on the rooftop of Netil House, so there’s something qute nostalgic for us returning with our new Burger Bar.
“We want it to be a place where we can try new ideas, run specials and collaborations, whilst getting back to our street food roots.”
