Million Pound Menu's Baba G's among new London Bridge market line-up

The Vinegar Yard development is the brainchild of Benji Scrimgeour, the founder of nearby Flat Iron Square - which opened in 2016.
It is soft launching from today (22 March) before officially opening on 3 April.
Baba G’s appeared on the 2019 series of Million Pound Menu and won over judges with its Indian-inspired burger concept, securing a £300,000 investment from restaurateur Atul Kochhar.
The group currently has two market locations in Pop Brixton and Camden Market, and is now bringing its pachos – poppadum ‘nacho’s' - and signature ‘naanwiches’ to London Bridge.
It will be joined at Vinegar Yard by coffee connoisseurs The Gentlemen Baristas, steak specialists Up In My Grill, burger and croquette brand Nanny Bill’s, ciabatta-focused Sugo, and Borough Market’s Turnips – who will serve risottos and juices.
The London Bridge space also features a bar, large open-air garden, and pop-up shops, while a vintage flea market will trade at the site every weekend.
