Based on LDV’s contemporary Italian restaurant concept Scarpetta, which currently operates in several locations across the US, Sette will be housed on the ground floor of the Bulgari Hotel but will operate independently.
Pastas and breads will be made inhouse daily, and dishes will include yellowtail and tuna susci; veal tenderloin with gnocchi alla romana and glazed sweetbreads; and spaghetti with tomato and basil.
As well as the restaurant, there will also be an ‘underground’ bar downstairs named Nolita Social, which promises to ‘bring the energy of the New York night to London’.

“Sette will follow this core ethos of our Scarpetta identity, capturing a quintessential New York balance of high energy and effortless elegance.”
LDV Hospitality was founded in 2008 and operates a number of brands in the US including American Cut Steakhouse, Dolce Italian and The Regent Cocktail Club.
