Head chef Charles Smith, who won Young National Chef of the Year in 2011, will launch Atrium at Lords of the Manor with a £95, eight-course menu for 14 diners.
The country house hotel’s main Dining Room restaurant will offer a more relaxed menu, with space for a further 40 covers.
“Many of our customers stay for two nights or more and we’ve listened carefully to their comments,” says Michael Obray, the hotel’s general manager. “A choice of dining styles is essential and will allow us to broaden our appeal.”
The 26-room hotel recently completed a refurbishment of its ground floor, including the two restaurants, bar and lounge.
Lords of the Manor holds three-AA-rosettes for its existing dining offer and maintained a Michelin star for eight years until the 2018 edition of the guide.
