BrewDog is teaming up with Biff's Jack Shack to convert its Dalston site in to its first fully-vegan bar later this month.

The plant-based ‘junk food’ brand will take over the kitchen from 14 October.

BrewDog will offer a line-up of vegan soft and alcoholic drinks - excluding its handful of beers that contain milk or honey.

Biff’s will serve a range of jackfruit-based crispy 'wings', burgers and specials; including the Jack and Cheeze burger topped with deep fried mac and cheeze, smoky BBQ pulled jack mustard mayo slaw and dill pickles.

New menu items include a vegan smoky meatloaf with chiptle ketchup and bourbon BBQ dipping sauce; and a sweet jackfruit pie with vanilla ice cream and salted caramel.

Biff’s started life as a street food pop-up and launched its first permanent site at BoxPark Shoreditch in 2018.

This year the group secured six-figure funding to grow and signed a deal with Punch to serve dishes in its pubs nationwide.
