The restaurant will be the group's largest opening to date, with 55 covers and room for more than 100 standing.
It will open under the direction of group chairman Graziano Arricale and executive chef director Simon Henbery, with Alessandro Piludu, who previously spent 14 years at Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen in Hoxton, overseeing the kitchen.
New additions to the menu will include beef tartare topped with caviar; spaghetti alla chittara with anchovy and barolo; and Dedham Vale bone-in ribeye for two.
The two further Chucs sites, both of which are expected to launch this year, will open under the group’s recently established casual dining café concept.
Chucs opened its flagship café location in Kensington earlier this year, and has subsequently brought its Serpentine site under the same umbrella.
It also operates two further restaurant locations, one in Mayfair and one in Westbourne Grove.
Chucs is the sister-concept to 1950s inspired swimwear brand founded by Charles Finch.
The original Chucs restaurant opened on Mayfair’s Dover Street in summer 2014.
