Mini golf and restaurant concept Puttshack has made two senior hires as it gears up for further growth.

Paul Hunter has joined as operations director, while Chris Lincoln is now head of learning and development.

Hunter previously worked as operations director at casual dining brands Prezzo and Tortilla and was part of the senior team that led to the growth of Bill’s.

Lincoln was head of learning and development at Be at One, where he created the company’s training academy and bartender certificate.

They join Puttshack as it prepares for further expansion after completing a £30m equity raise with lead investor Promethean Investment earlier this year.

Puttshack launched at the Westfield London White City shopping centre in 2018 and expanded to Intu Lakeside in Essex in August.

It will open its second London location, a 650-capacity site in Bank, on 22 November.

A £5m Puttshack is lined up to launch at the Intu Watford shopping centre in 2020.
