Gordon Ramsay has opened his Plane Food restaurant concept in Hong Kong.

The chef has partnered with food travel specialists SSP to launch Plane Food To Go in Terminal 1 of Hong Kong International Airport.

The menu is described as featuring Ramsay’s ‘signature dishes’ including a short rib burger; a Californian fried chicken burger; and full English breakfast.

Several menu items are ‘exclusive’ to Hong Kong, including grilled cuttlefish; pork patty bun; and a lobster thermidor mac and cheese.

Ramsay says: “As someone who spends a lot of time in airports. I know how important it is to deliver fresh and tasty food super quickly! SSP has such an important infrastructure which has allowed this launch to happen and I’m delighted they’re our partners in this exciting new adventure.”

Ramsay launched his first Plane Food restaurant at Heathrow’s Terminal 5 in 2008 and partnered with SSP to take the concept international in 2017.
