The team behind London’s Little Yellow Door bar and restaurant will open a site in Clapham Common later this year.

The Little Orange Door will replace Balans Soho Society, which has closed after two and a half years, in April.

It will have the same flatshare theme as its sister sites, offering cocktails, bottomless brunches and ‘house parties’ in a space run by ‘flatmates’.

The Little Yellow Door started as an 'immersive' pop-up in Notting Hill in 2014 and has since opened a permanent site in the area.

A sister venue The Little Blue Door launched in Fulham in 2018.

Balans Soho Society began as a Soho sandwich shop in 1987 and is now left with seven London restaurants.

CDG Leisure acted on the Clapham deal.
