The Global Craftsman Group (GCG), which owns restaurant brands Goodman, Beast, and Zelman Meats, has teamed up with Burger & Lobster to launch a delivery venture.

Appropriately named Prime Feast, the concept brings together the four meat-focused restaurant brands to create a ‘unique collection’ of premium meat boxes.

Each box will contain prime cuts of consciously-reared meat so that customers can recreate some of the signature dishes of Burger & Lobster, Zelman Meats, Goodman and Beast, at home.

There will also be a selection of rubs, spices, sauces and garnishes included; as well as cooking instructions and links to online video tutorials.

Customer will also have the option to upgrade each box with Beasts’ signature King Crab legs; wines; charcoal; and other merchandise from across the four chains.

“Launching Prime Feast is just one way that we can connect and bring joy to our loyal and supportive guests, as well as to ourselves,” says GCG founder Misha Zelman.

“We are very proud of our product and delighted that we can deliver our premium meat in to people’s homes. This is just the start and we want to grow this into a full butchery and start to offer other products we are passionate about such as lobster and other seafood.”
