Available in four instalments, the initiative is the result of a partnership between leading food distributor Bidfood and specialist food, beverage, foodservice and hospitality marketing agency OMNE.
It will address topics including the role of trust in rebuilding consumer confidence; how customers want to be reached; the importance of local sourcing and the changing role of digital.
