The first Fatto a Mano opened in Brighton’s London Road in 2015, a second site opened in Hove in 2016, a third site opened in Brighton’s North Laine in 2018.
Earlier this year, Davidson launched the brand’s first concession at Brighton beach food hall Shelter Hall.
Fatto a Mano - which means 'made by hand' - serves a tight menu of Neapolitan pizza made with high-quality ingredients and has been named one of the best places to eat in the city at the Brighton’s Best awards.
“I’m a reluctant multi-site restaurateur. I only intended to open one pizzeria in Brighton and Hove."
"But I need to grow to give my great staff new opportunities or I’ll start losing them,” says Davidson, who also runs Brighton café Bread & Milk and is a director at Brighton's Unbarred Brewery.
