The Trispan-backed Thai restaurant group, which operates venues in Manchester, Liverpool and Leeds as well as across London, will open in the £700m city centre development later this spring joining hospitality groups Dishoom and Vinoteca.
Opening in Two Chamberlain Square, the new venue will have 80 covers and operate for lunch and dinner seven days a week when the eight-story office building is completed later this year.
“For us, the offer at Paradise was too good an opportunity to miss and we are extremely happy with the setting of our new restaurant overlooking Centenary Way,” says Rosa’s managing director Gavin Adair.
“We can’t wait to welcome Brummies into our new space later this year and look forward to showing them our authentic, award-winning Thai food”
The Birmingham restaurant will be the group’s 23rd Rosa’ Thai restaurant.
“Rosa’s is an outstanding new addition to Birmingham’s dining scene and we can’t wait to welcome the team to their new home in Two Chamberlain Square,” says Rob Groves, regional director of Argent, Development Managers for Paradise.
“We’re confident Rosa’s Thai Cafe will be a sure fire hit with both locals and visitors alike. With Rosa’s joining the previously announced Dishoom and Vinoteca, we are very proud that Paradis is now bringing a broad range of great, new restaurants to the city.”
Rosa’s is currently operating 18 of its 22 bricks-and-mortar sites for takeaway and delivery, alongside three delivery-only kitchens in Blackwall, Crouch End and Reading.
