Opening in May in Balham just off the high street, its latest restaurant will bring Yard Sale's portfolio up to seven venues, adding to its sites in Clapton, Hackney Road, Finsbury Park, Walthamstow, Leytonstone, and Dulwich.
Yard Sale serves 12" and 18" pizzas made with a 48-hour fermented dough with toppings such as the New Porker (Sicilian sausage, Guindilla chillies, garlic and basil) and the TSB (Tender stem broccoli, parmesan, pine nuts, garlic & olive oil), with the restaurants running their own in-house delivery service.
The Balham site is expected to serve the majority of its pizzas for takeaway and delivery.
"Owing to the overnight success of our flagship south-of-the-river spot in Dulwich, it made good sense to grow our network down here and Balham felt like a natural choice," says co-founder and managing director Johnnie Tate.
"We're excited to get stuck into this already burgeoning food community and join the likes of Brother Marcus and Milk".
Yard Sale was launched in Clapton in 2014 by Jonnie Tate, Dan Spinney and Nick Buckland and made its south London debut in November last year.
