Ramen restaurant Bone Daddies is to rollout its virtual chicken wing-centric brand Wing Daddies across the capital.

Following a successful trial in Kentish Town, the concept will now be available from 13 Bone Daddies locations for either delivery and click and collect or delivery-only.

Bone Daddies operations director Steve Hill has also hinted that Wing Daddies could launch its own permanent standalone site in the future.

“We have big ambitions for Wing Daddies and we’re very excited to have this pop-up brand expanding operations across our full suite of current Bone Daddies sites for delivery," he says.

"The first test of the brand in Kentish Town has been a real success and the wings themselves are flying. The feedback from our guests on the product has been phenomenal.

"Our Korean wings have been a cult classic in Bone Daddies for years, so creating a menu in ode to them and introducing a complementary brand has added value across the board.

"Watch this space – a more permanent space, be it truck or shop, is around the corner.”

The Wing Daddies menu features a range of chicken wings available with sauces including chipotle barbecue, sticky teriyaki, and buffalo 'fire'.

A selection of loaded tater tots is also available, alongside fried chicken with Korean mayonnaise, coleslaw, and bao buns.
