Called Pergola on the Wharf, the 700-capacity food and drink venue will have three bars as well as 200-cover wraparound heated terrace with views over Canary Wharf. As well as an in-house food offer, it will have a separate kitchen that will host a rotating series of guest chefs and street food traders from London and the rest of the UK.
It will also have a number of areas available for private hire, including a semi-private area available to book for up to 150 people, with access to the outdoor terrace and an island bar, a semi-private dining room, and areas for smaller groups.
The new venue will join the group’s food and drinks venues in the capital, including Pergola Paddington, The Prince in Hammersmith and Lost in Brixton when it launches on 2 June.
Incipio plans to reopen its existing three London venues on 12 April for outside trading and is working with food traders including Rudie’s Jerk Shack, Boludo, Filth&Co, Salt Shed and Niji Kitchen as well as those located in Brixton Market, including Honest Burgers, Fish, wings & Tings, Jalisco and Black Bear Burger.
