Hill, who was previously executive chef at restaurant and deli Colette in Fulham, has also held roles including premier sous chef at The Ritz and sous chef at Whatley Manor, where he spent five years. He has also worked at Restaurant Überfahrt, Chrsitian Jürgens’ three-Michelin starred restaurant in Germany.
He will also oversee the food at The Belmond hotel’s The Bar and Terrace as well as its afternoon tea service and private and in-room dining options.
