Chris Hill appointed executive chef at Adam Handlings restaurants at The Cadogan in Chelsea

Chris Hill has been appointed executive chef at The Cadogan in Chelsea where he will oversee operations at Adam Handling Chelsea restaurant and bar and Cadogan’s by Adam Handling.

Hill, who was previously executive chef at restaurant and deli Colette in Fulham, has also held roles including premier sous chef at The Ritz and sous chef at Whatley Manor, where he spent five years. He has also worked at Restaurant Überfahrt, Chrsitian Jürgens’ three-Michelin starred restaurant in Germany.

He will also oversee the food at The Belmond hotel’s The Bar and Terrace as well as its afternoon tea service and private and in-room dining options.

“I’m thrilled to be joining the exceptionally talented team at The Cadogan, and it couldn’t be at a better time, as we reopen the hotel this week,” says Hill. “I’m looking forward to leading the team at Adam Handling Chelsea and ensuring all guests enjoy a luxury gourmet experience across all areas of the hotel.”
