The new 84-cover restaurant will have an additional outdoor terrace seating for 16 people and will launch in July on St. John’s Wood’s Circus Road, joining the company’s existing venues in Mayfair, Notting Hill, Belgravia, Kensington and Chelsea.
The restaurant will open for breakfast through to dinner with menu items to include classic Chucs dishes such as linguine with Cornish crab, chili, lemon and pangrattato; chopped cobb salad; and chicken Milanese with rosemary, lemon and pecorino as well as seasonal options including salmon torchon with peas, grelot onions, wild garlic and mint oil.
There will also be a selection of cicchetti on offer, including confit lamb croquettes with salsa verde; bruschetta with anchovies, stracchino, courgette and peppers; and truffle arancini.
The restaurant will be overseen by executive chef director Simon Henbery under the direction of CEO Graziano Arricale.
The original Chucs restaurant opened in Mayfair on Dover Street in 2014 with Chucs Westbourne Grove opening two years later in early 2016. In 2019 the group launched Chucs Cafe Kensington on South Kensington’s Old Brompton Road, Chucs Cafe Chelsea on Lower Sloane Street, as well as Chucs Belgravia, its flagship restaurant.
