Sexy Fish to open in Miami this autumn

Due to open this autumn, Sexy Fish will open in the Miami neighbourhood of Brickell on South Miami Avenue.
The style of the restaurant will follow that of the original Mayfair restaurant. Designed by Martin Brudnizki Design Studio the dining room will be home to 10 artworks by Damien Hirst, as well as an installation by Frank Gehry comprised of 26 fish lamps, a ceiling adorned with gold and a fish tank housing live coral and an assortment of tropical fish.
The Miami outpost will serve some of the signature dishes of the original Sexy Fish such as duck salad; vegetarian sushi; smoked tuna belly; crispy eringi mushroom; and black cod. The menu will be overseen by chef director Bjoern Weissgerber.
It will also house a bar that will stock what is claimed to be the largest selection of Dom Perignon in the US, alongside Opus One wines. Signature Sexy Fish cocktails will include the Popcorn Old Fashioned, Faith in Paloma, Pornstar, and Son of Gibraltar.
Sexy Fish made its debut in London in Berkeley Square in October 2015 at an investment of around £17m.
