HotBox to open second London restaurant next month

The new 42-cover restaurant will be located inside the just-opened 580,000sq ft canal-side development in Camden and will open its doors on 1 September. It will join restaurants including Southeast Asian brand Ekachai, Cantonese roast meat specialist Three Uncles, Bun House, and BaoziInn at the development.
The restaurant will serve a menu of smoked meats, burgers and buns including Korean pork belly, beef rib tacos; St Louis pork rib; Iberico chop; and slow-cooked smoked brisket as well as sides such as brisket poutine; and jalapeño slaw.
HotBox started trading at street markets in East London as part of Street Feast and London Union before finding a permanent home in a former art gallery in Spitalfields in 2014. It also operates sites in Market Halls Fulham and West End.
Executive chef Lewis Spencer will oversee the menus at all of the venues.
