Dirty Martini to bring its cocktails to Bristol

The group, which is operated by CG Restaurants & Bars, will open the new bar at 47 Corn Street, which was previously operated by The Bristologist, following a £1.2m refurbishment.
“Bristol is an iconic city renowned for its vibrant night life and we are thrilled to be part of the rejuvenation of the Corn St part of the city,” says chief executive Scott Matthews.
“Dirty Martini has been on an amazing journey the past 11 years and we are proud to take this next important step in Bristol.”
Dirty Martini was founded in 2010 with a basement bar in Covent Garden and has since expanded to 11 sites across the UK in Bishopsgate, Hanover Square, Islington, Monument, St Paul’s, Minories, Cardiff, Manchester, Leeds and Birmingham.
The Bristol site number will be the group’s first new opening since the start of the pandemic.
