CrepeAffaire is planning to open up to 50 new franchised sites in the UK and overseas under its core brand and its more recently launched Crepe & Roll.

Founder Daniel Spinath says the company is on track to open up to 10 UK franchised sites and expand its international portfolio by 10 additional units by the end of 2022.

Based in London, CrepeAffaire currently has 25 locations open in four countries in Europe and the Middle East.

CrepeAffaire’s formats range from traditional café locations to kiosks and even food trucks.

A low footprint/low capex concept’ called Crepe & Roll launched in Milton Keynes 2021 and is now ready for a full roll out, according to the group.

The brand also says its products and the way in which they are packaged means its ‘perfectly positioned’ to take advantage of the expanding delivery markets.

Its menu includes a variety of sweet and savoury crepes, waffles, coffees and juices.

“With London’s extreme real estate costs, CrepeAffaire learned the importance of space utilisation with our early locations,” says Spinath. “Our systems avoid the build-out costs and space requirements of full kitchens and complicated hood ventilation systems.”

“Moreover, our new Crepe & Roll brand requires no water or drainage connections whatsoever, which makes it a highly attractive concept in high footfall locations where space comes at a premium.”
