Six By Nico to launch in Dublin

Located at 1 Molesworth Street in a former Le Pain Quotidien, the 3,000 sq ft space will house 56-cover covers including a dedicated bar and outdoor dining tables.
“We are very proud to bring our unforgettable culinary experience to Dublin,” says the group's chef founder Nico Simeone. “Dublin is a city known for its vibrant food and drink scene, and we are looking forward to welcoming customers very soon”.
As with the groups other locations, the new restaurant will offer a new six-course tasting menu very six weeks with each one focused on a different place, memory, or idea.
Past inspirations have included the street markets of the Middle East, America’s Route 66, and fish and chips.
