Located at 1 Molesworth Street in a former Le Pain Quotidien, the 3,000 sq ft space will house 56-cover covers including a dedicated bar and outdoor dining tables.
“We are very proud to bring our unforgettable culinary experience to Dublin,” says the group's chef founder Nico Simeone. “Dublin is a city known for its vibrant food and drink scene, and we are looking forward to welcoming customers very soon”.
As with the groups other locations, the new restaurant will offer a new six-course tasting menu very six weeks with each one focused on a different place, memory, or idea.
Past inspirations have included the street markets of the Middle East, America’s Route 66, and fish and chips.
Six by Nico other restaurants are located in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Manchester, Liverpool, Belfast, London Fitzrovia and London Canary Wharf.
Launched in 2017, the group has expanded rapidly to become one of the biggest player’s in the UK’s fine dining space.
Born in Glasgow to Italian parents, Simeone, who previously cooked at the Michelin-starred Number One at Balmoral, launched his debut restaurant 111 by Nico in Glasgow in 2011.
