Duck & Waffle heads to Scotland

The modern-European restaurant, whose London flagship can be found on the 40th floor of the Heron Tower in Bishopsgate, is to take on an 8,400 sq ft site on level four of the St James development, overlooking Register Square.

It will join the likes of Sushisamba, Bonnie & Wild, Black Sheep Coffee, Wingstop and Pho in the mixed-used development in the city, which is being delivered by Nuveen Real Estate.

Reflecting the brand’s culinary style, Duck & Waffle Edinburgh will deliver its playful take on traditional British cuisine with broad European influences emphasising local, rustic, seasonal and sustainable ingredients to the Scottish capital, with dishes designed for sampling and sharing.
