Taking over the former Ms. Cupcake shop, it will be the fourth bricks and mortar site for the group.
Le Bab confirmed the opening in its latest newsletter, saying: "Hello Brixton!
"We're heading south. See you soon."
Le Bab submitted a licensing application for the Coldharbour Lane site back in the summer.
According to the document, Le Bab's Brixton site will be open from 10am to 1:30am Monday to Wednesday; 10am to 4am Thursday to Saturday; and 10am to 12:30am on Sundays.
The late closing times and small footprint of the space suggest the site will be similar to the group's late-night kebab house concept it opened on Old Street earlier this year.
A blueprint of the site indicates that it will hold around 24 covers.
Le Bab was founded in 2016 by Tozer, Ed Brunet and chef Manu Canales in Soho’s Kingly Court.
The trio opened Maison Bab in Covent Garden in 2018, where they also run tasting menu-only counter restaurant Kebab Queen.
As well as the Old Street site, Le Bab also joined forces with Kraft Brewery this year to oversee the food at Kraft Dalston, which opened in May.
