Moo Steakhouse will hold 60 covers and specialise in rare breed beef that comes from 'ethically raised', grass-fed Black Angus Cattle in the Argentinian Pampas.
Steak cuts available on the menu will include rib-eye, rump and fillet, which can be ordered alongside dishes such as chargrilled aubergine; and Argentinian provolone cheese.
As well the 60-seat restaurant, Moo Steakhouse will also have a basement bar area with space for up to 35 guests that features a regular roster of DJs.
Moo Cantina currently only operates a single site in Pimlico, but did previously also have locations on Brick Lane and in the City.
“For the last two years there has not been a perfect time to open a restaurant," says Hernan Palacios, founder and director of Moo.
