Truffle Burger to open new venue in London's Bishopsgate

Burger restaurant Truffle Burger will open its second permanent venue later this year in London’s Bishopsgate.

The restaurant will open on the site previously occupied by healthy Mediterranean food brand Badolina at 206-210 Bishopsgate.

Menu items at the restaurant include the Truffle burger, a beef and smoked bacon patty with fig jam, crispy onions, raclette cheese and truffle mayonnaise; Truffle honey chicken burger with buttermilk chicken thigh, truffle honey, bacon ketchup and whipped goats cheese.

There is also a range of sides such as three cheese macaroni cheese with crispy chicken skin; BBQ coated chicken thigh with pickled red onion; and truffle chips.

Truffle started out life in 2017 as a street food operation by founder Tom Bickers and has since grown to operates sites in Soho and in Covent Garden, inside Seven Dials Market.

The group also operates a food van at Southbank, which is currently closed, and ran a food truck at London’s Winter Wonderland.

Property agent CDG Leisure acted on behalf of Badolina and Stoenbrook London for Truffle Burger.
