LOKE integrates with Deliverect

All-in-one personalisation engine LOKE has partnered with integration specialist Deliverect.

Said to transform the way operators engage with their customers, LOKE is the customer relations engine that uses technology to unify all operational flows.

All data points feed into a marketing engine used to gather insights and create a fully personalised start to finish experience; from loyalty and marketing programmes to ordering and payment services.

“Users can do it all from the comfort of their seat, whether at home or at a venue, while the technology also supports operators with promotional material and customer retention mechanics,” a spokesperson says.

Deliverect, meanwhile, was conceived to address the challenge of kitchens having to deal with multiple providers, tablets and systems independently.

The tech removes operational flow barriers by aggregating all online orders into existing POS. This allows venues to manage orders from a single device.

LOKE says Deliverect’s solution perfectly complements its own technology: “Indeed, it has been observed that when the full set of LOKE’s personalised services is deployed, in other words, when payment channels and ordering are used together with sophisticated loyalty and marketing programmes, merchants see a significant increase in their customers’ basket size and frequency of purchase,” the spokesperson continues.

LOKE data shows that on average when a loyalty and rewards scheme is implemented via the LOKE platform, loyal customers spend twice as much.

LOKE says it creates its value proposition by understanding customers’ journey and delivering personalised content, rewards and promotions, incentivising customers to engage and spend more.

This “winning combination” of LOKE’s and Deliverect’s technologies will simplify operations for their current and future operators and allow them to benefit from all solutions in an integrated fashion.

Orders will be incorporated into the merchants’ own POS as well as all delivery channels, and every existing online and third-party channel will be aggregated.

This will allow orders to be both tracked from the POS and directly pushed to the kitchen from a centralised system.

It will also be merged with all LOKE’s payment and loyalty tools, personalised to each merchant.

As a result, businesses will have a much better overview over what’s happening at their venues, says LOKE’s CEO and co-founder Matt Khoury:

“We are thrilled about LOKE’s integration with Deliverect. This provides hospitality merchants the ability to have a market leading loyalty, ordering and marketing platform fully integrated into the point of sale. The industry does not want to completely remove the service element but to enhance it. And this is why LOKE has become so popular, as our objective is to understand the customer through their preferred payment methods whilst enhancing their experience to their favourite brand.”

LOKE says that its partnership with Deliverect is a big step forward as it continues its expansion globally. Merchants across all geographies will see their operations “significantly streamlined” and will keep benefiting from the LOKE technology, only in an integrated manner, managing everything from one single system.

“LOKE has been an engaged and proactive partner to work with. It’s great partnering up with this team, that is always on hand to help make sure their customers have the best possible experience,” says Deliverect CEO and co-founder Zhong Xu. “With the Deliverect and LOKE integration, we are looking forward to contributing to this experience.”

Please note that this integration requires a subscription to both LOKE and Deliverect.
